Jupiter Back & Neck Pain

About 80% of the U.S. population experiences serious pain in these regions at some point. It can be difficult to function when affected by painful strains, spasms, sprains, and impaired range of motion issues in the back and neck.

The causes of back and neck pain vary widely. Obvious causes may include a sports injury or injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Less apparent causes of injury include poor posture and performing repetitive movements for too long a period of time.

Individuals who have sedentary jobs in which too much time is necessarily spent behind a desk or in a vehicle can experience muscle weakness that worsens the problem.

Importance of treatment for back and neck pain

If back and neck pain goes untreated, the result can be that other problems occur. For instance, a pinched nerve in the neck can cause chronic migraines. Neck or back problems can lead to shooting pains, numbness, or tingling down the arms or legs as well as weakness in the arms or legs.

By getting needed treatment for back and neck pain, better health overall can more quickly be restored.
